How to Handle Your Stress...

Here some tips from me....This is how i handle my stress everytime after i finish my examination so that i won't get sick..hehehe...
Anyway you all should know KUALA LUMPUR night life.. Youngster go out every Saturday night watch movie or going to Pub or should i call clubbing. But for me i can't enter a Pub yet in KL why? because my age are not qualified to get in..hahahhaha under 18 still young mah..
But if i'm at Sabah i surely can enter easily without showing my ID card..Damn right?? KL goverment very strict but i know under age are very often seen inside the Pub or outside the Pub. hehehe
Last Saturday, me and a bunch of friends go out to celebrate our finish of mid semester examination before our final exam...Just like simple celebrationlah,when out and hanging out just relax our mind from stress out again...
Here what we do,a very-very crazy of friends when to Mcdonalds restaurant at Setapak and have our dinner should i can it dinner??? hehehe because it was around 3.ooam and we watch the Olympic games Cycling events..
So have funlah....but before we go for eat we go to Cheras Downtown i was mostly like night market but alot of stuff sell there...from tshirt to anything..
Not very good for student like us actualy but what to do...Very stress out man especially Phatology subject...

How to Handle Your Stress?

  1. Go out with your friends.
  2. Watch movie not horror movie but comedy movie.
  3. Play some ball or bowling or pool.
  4. Go drink and drive ( not suppose to be)
  5. Play video games especially the drum games
  6. Shout loudly.
  7. Drink some Milk...
  8. Read some Comic
  9. Eat some fruit a lot of Fruits
  10. Listen to music and sing loudly or bring some friends to Karaoke.
